An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Human Resources Business Partner, to help support our HR Department in the delivery of the HR and University strategic objectives.
As a Human Resources Business Partner, you will work in partnership with senior managers, providing quality and proactive HR services across Schools and Departments of the University. Through establishing and maintaining successful business relationships with key clients, you will work to support and achieve University objectives by initiating and delivering cost effective people focused HR solutions within the areas of your responsibility. You will continuously play a vital role in helping the whole HR department deliver a professional, efficient HR service.
About You
- Significant experience as a generalist HR BP
- Strong written communication skills
- Track record of working with multiple stakeholders and building strong relationships
- Associate CIPD, or equivalent work experience
Desirable
- CIPD level 7
- Experience working in higher education
Additional Information
Occasional travel may be required to other sites including those outside the Bath region.
