We are currently seeking a Senior Student Information Officer, who will lead on and be the escalation point for all student funding queries, including Student Loan Company registration and change of circumstances notifications for all students, including our Bath based provision. This is a crucial role in our busy Student Information team and will lead on supporting students at Bath Spa University's partners, as well as Bath Spa University London Hackney and Canary Wharf students.
As part of the role you will:
- Lead on registry-focused operational meetings with key partners and BSUL Hackney and Canary Wharf.
- Provide line management support and deputise for the Student Information Manager as required.
- Handle student finance queries and manage the process for registration confirmations to the Student Loan Company, specifically related to queries following University assessment boards and partner and London-based students funding applications.
About You – qualifications and experience you should bring to the role:
- Recent customer service experience, across a wide demographic of ages and nationalities
- Administrative experience
- Strong attention to detail and diligent record‑keeping experience
- Strong communication skills across various contact and service points
- Line management experience
- Experience of working in higher education
- Data entry experience
- Experience and knowledge of higher education funding working with the Student Loan Company
