About the Role
Within the role you will design and deliver high-quality teaching, assess learners across business-related subjects, and contribute to curriculum development, pedagogical innovation, and the enhancement of the student experience. You will engage in relevant research and scholarly activity, build productive relationships with academic, professional, and industry networks, and ensure compliance with quality assurance and regulatory requirements. The role also includes supporting recruitment and promotional activities, undertaking School administrative responsibilities, contributing to the wider academic community, and, where appropriate, mentoring less experienced colleagues.

Additional Information
Salary Grade 8S - Starting from £44,746 rising to £47,389 per annum. The salary range shows the potential maximum pay progression in addition to any annual inflationary increase to your pay. Please note that our default position is to appoint into the lower end of the range, unless there are exceptional circumstances.
Applicants with two years or less full time equivalent teaching experience in Higher Education who do not hold a Teaching and Learning in Higher Education Certificate accredited by the Higher Education Academy (HEA) or HEA fellowship will be required to complete an approved Certificate in Professional Learning in Higher Education course during the first two years of employment. Applicants with more than two years full time equivalent teaching experience in Higher Education who do not hold a Teaching and Learning in Higher Education Certificate accredited by the Higher Education Academy (HEA) or HEA fellowship will be required to accredit their practice through the HEA fellowship application process during their 6 month probation period.
