We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Catering, Retail & Hospitality Assistant to support the day-to-day operation of the allocated Catering & Retail outlet at our Newton Park Campus. This is a full time, 12 Month Fixed-Term Contract.
About the Role
Within the role, you will be assisting the Team Leader in food and beverage preparation and making barista style drinks, whilst having an active role in merchandising and selling our products. You will always provide excellent customer service and ensure the smooth running of the outlet. Responsibilities include operating the EPOS system, managing stock levels, maintaining cleanliness, and complying with health and safety regulations. You will also assist with training and ensure the outlet's efficient operation in the absence of supervision. Flexibility to assist with functions and conference work will be required.

- Excellent Customer Care Skills
- Demonstrate experience of making Barista standard hot drinks.
- Allergen Awareness & experience of food preparation.
- Experience of flexible working in a team environment
- High Volume Catering experience.
- Full Clean Driving License
- Basic Admin Skills
