Bath Spa University is seeking a proactive Security Team Leader to guide the Estates & Services security team. Reporting to the Security Manager, you will lead Security Officers, oversee patrols, access control, alarms, and incident response to keep the campus safe and welcoming for staff, students and visitors.
You will also manage performance, deliver training, ensure health and safety compliance, and foster a positive, inclusive culture with a focus on staff development and wellbeing.
