About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Bath Spa graduate to join the Emerge Studio as a Graduate Studio Producer. In this hands-on role, you will help shape and grow our creative community through supporting our studio on a daily basis and the production of engaging content and events. You’ll play a key part in building connections between students, graduates, community creatives, and industry partners, while gaining valuable experience within a creative environment through the development of your media, film, and event production skills.

This will include, but not be limited to:

  • Communicating with our stakeholders and the Emerge team
  • Creating production schedules
  • Organising participants
  • Storyboarding and writing copy or scripts for social media, case studies, and the development of a new studio promotional trailer
  • Ordering kit/equipment
  • Filming, editing, and organising events that bring our stakeholders together

This role is designed to help you grow confidence, expand your network, and prepare for a successful career in media, events, creative project management, or producing. We encourage and celebrate our team to try new ways of working and to test new ideas.

About You

You’ll have strong creative and digital production skills and confidence in using Adobe Creative Cloud tools such as Premiere, InDesign, Photoshop, and podcasting software. You’ll bring your experience of working from creative briefs, writing basic scripts for effective media communications to produce high-quality content. You’ll be used to using a range of IT applications, alongside a good understanding of filming equipment, storytelling, and media communication.

Experience of creating original high-quality, professional content through the Adobe Cloud, including Premiere, Podcasting, InDesign, Photoshop.

Experience of working with a range of media platforms and marketing tools.

A genuine interest in producing creative content and building communities.

Recent administrative experience covering a wide range of activities/services.

Ability to think of and respond positively to new ideas and approaches, contributing to improvements to service delivery.

Knowledge of filming equipment, setups, and creative technology.
