Join our academic team delivering high-quality, inclusive education in Business and Management at BSUL Hackney. You will support a diverse student cohort to develop the knowledge, skills, and professional confidence required for progression into a wide range of business and management careers.

About the Role

  • Deliver well-structured, high-quality teaching that supports clear understanding and application of business concepts.
  • Facilitate active and inclusive learning, guiding students through complex ideas with clarity and purpose.
  • Provide clear academic direction and expectations, particularly around assessments and standards of good academic practice.
  • Undertake fair and consistent assessment, with feedback that is constructive, criteria-aligned, and supports improvement.
  • Contribute to academic quality and consistency, including standardisation, moderation, and collaborative module delivery.

  • Excellence in Teaching Practice – Ability to deliver structured, engaging sessions that build understanding progressively.
  • Strong Pedagogical Awareness – Skilled in supporting diverse learners, including those with non-traditional educational backgrounds.
