Role Overview:
The Head of Next Generation will lead the grassroots outreach programmes, inspiring children and teenagers across target regions to engage with rugby. This is more than a job – it’s a chance to create the next generation of Bath Rugby fans and players.
By rebuilding the grassroots operations and designing innovative experiences, the role will contribute to the mission of developing the most engaged and vibrant fanbase in UK rugby over the next 3–5 years.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit Bath Rugby’s future fans through impactful community rugby programmes
- Build and deliver a sustainable grassroots P&L, ensuring long-term growth
- Develop and grow the junior membership programmes
- Manage a team of 5, including 4 Rugby Development Officers, an Operations Assistant, and a network of freelancers, to help lead grassroots coaching initiatives to inspire children across five regions
- Serve as the experiential marketing arm for Bath Rugby, delivering unforgettable rugby experiences to schools and clubs.
