Overview
Bath Rugby is seeking a commercially driven and digitally savvy Marketing Manager to support the planning, execution, and optimisation of marketing campaigns, with a strong emphasis on driving matchday ticket sales. This role will play a key part in delivering data-led campaigns, managing paid media channels, and enhancing fan engagement across the full marketing mix.
Responsibilities
- Lead the management and optimisation of paid media channels, including Meta, Google, and TikTok.
- Plan and deliver integrated marketing campaigns with a primary focus on increasing matchday ticket sales.
- Manage and reconcile marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation and strong ROI.
- Write and develop compelling advertising copy, tailored to different audiences and platforms.
- Execute A/B testing strategies to continuously improve campaign performance.
- Provide creative recommendations to enhance campaign effectiveness and brand impact.
- Build and refine audience segmentation strategies to improve targeting and conversion rates.
- Deliver regular reporting and performance insights, using data to inform future marketing activity.
Required Experience
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager.
Preferred Experience
- Experience working with venue and ticketing.
- Experience managing OOH, Radio and Podcast adverts.
- Experience working within a marketing agency environment is highly desirable.
