This is a full-time role, 37 hours per week, permanent contract.
Your Responsibilities Will Include

- Proven experience of working with a range of systems, processes and procedures, some of which are complex in nature
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to cope under pressure as the post holder may encounter customers who are stressed and/or upset.
You will primarily work from the Council’s Supported Housing schemes in Bath. The successful candidate will be required to complete an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Check.
It is strongly desirable for candidates to have previous experience of working in a business support role, knowledge and experience of the housing management sector or a background in rent account management.
