Youth Connect South West (YCSW) is a young people\’s charity in Bath and North East Somerset. We provide a range of services to support young people to enjoy today, prepare for tomorrow, and become the people they want to be.
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Assistant Group Work Facilitator to support students with special educational needs (SEN) and emotional or behavioural difficulties. Your responsibilities include assisting the Group Work Facilitator in creating and implementing group activities tailored to students\’ needs, supporting the management of challenging behaviour, and fostering a positive learning environment.
You will also lead sessions with the support of the Group Work Facilitator, encourage student engagement, and monitor and evaluate session progress. Additionally, you will maintain accurate records of session content, student participation, and progress.
