Bath & North East Somerset Council is seeking a qualified Social Worker to join the Disabled Children’s Team within the Care Outcomes Service on a temporary secondment basis. You will help deliver social care support for disabled children and their families, working with a multidisciplinary team to safeguard and improve outcomes.

You will manage a caseload, write professional assessments and reports, and contribute to service development while engaging with health, education and other partners.
