Bath and North East Somerset Council is seeking an experienced Social Worker to join the Safeguarding Outcomes Service within our Family Support Teams. You will assess needs, coordinate plans, and collaborate with partners to keep children safe and supported.
You will manage a caseload for children in need, on protection plans, or in care, and apply trauma-informed, relationship-based practice to deliver outcome-focused interventions.
