Bath and North East Somerset Council is seeking enthusiastic and creative Service Designers to join the Service Design Team. This fixed‑term role runs until 31 March 2028 and offers the chance to shape public services by collaborating with colleagues, partners and residents to design accessible, efficient, user‑centred services.
You will diagnose challenges, develop blueprints and journey maps, and lead projects across Children’s Social Care, Highways and Council Tax, using research and design.
