Bath & North East Somerset Council is seeking an experienced Inclusion and SEND Advisory Practitioner to support secondary and post-16 settings with SEND, welfare and pastoral needs. You will work across education settings, guiding schools and services to implement timely provision, model support, deliver training, observe students, and contribute to developing inclusive practice and better outcomes for children and young people with SEND.
