Bath & North East Somerset Council is seeking an experienced professional to lead quality and compliance across our Supported Living and Shared Lives services. The post focuses on audit planning, online care planning adoption, and staff development, with responsibility for ensuring high standards and readiness for inspections.
You will lead training initiatives, act as a Positive Behaviour Support trainer (training provided), and collaborate with the Provider Services manager to maintain service.
