Bath and North East Somerset Council is seeking an experienced HR Generalist Adviser on a temporary contract (until 29 February 2028) to support managers across council services with professional guidance on people management, employee relations casework and workforce development.

You will help deliver HR initiatives, ensure legal compliance, undertake workplace investigations, analyse workforce data and train managers on policies.
