Youth Connect South West (YCSW) was launched as a Public Service Mutual, limited company, and registered charity in the South West of England in November 2019 to provide a range of services primarily for the young people in the Bath and North East Somerset area.

This role is to identify, engage, and support Young People at high risk of becoming NEET (HRN) or young people who are NEET (Not in Education, Employment or Training) to enable them to overcome barriers, build confidence, and progress into suitable and sustainable destinations.

The role provides tailored one-to-one coaching, employer engagement, and transition support in collaboration with employers, training providers, and specialist services.
