We are looking for an organised, enthusiastic, and motivated person to work on a permanent basis with us at Combe Lea Residential Care Home as an Administrator. Combe Lea is a modern Community Resource Centre (CRC) based in Midsomer Norton, which is registered to provide care and support for residents needing residential and dementia care. This post plays a key role in supporting the care teams and senior management posts deliver their services.
About You
- Good numerical and word processing skills
- Strong knowledge/experience of MS Word and MS Excel
- Friendly, confident, well presented and customer focused
- Professional telephone manner
- Genuine interest in working within a caring environment
- An appreciation of need for confidentiality and discretion
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Ability to manage workloads, to cope with conflicting demands and deadlines
