We’re looking for a proactive Marketing Campaign Support Officer to support the Heritage Services marketing team at The Roman Baths. This role helps shape how audiences discover and engage with one of the UK’s most iconic heritage sites.

About The Role

You will support the planning, delivery and evaluation of multichannel marketing campaigns designed to attract new and returning audiences. Working closely with the Campaign Marketing Manager, digital colleagues and external partners, you will help deliver campaigns across digital, print, broadcast, out‑of‑home and partnership channels. Coordinate advertising schedules and manage third‑party promotions. Support agency relationships and oversee the distribution of marketing collateral. Collaborate with travel trade, tourism and heritage partners, provide content for the website and email activity, and create campaigns for talks, events and special projects. Assist with CRM development, data capture, campaign evaluation and marketing budget administration.

About You

You bring a solid understanding of marketing principles and hands‑on experience delivering and evaluating campaigns. You are an excellent communicator with a flair for creative design and copy, strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment. You are a collaborative and self‑motivated team player, enthusiastic about heritage and keen to build a career in cultural and visitor‑focused marketing.
