Bath and North East Somerset Council is looking for a qualified Social Worker to join our Family Support Teams within the Safeguarding Outcomes Service. You will respond to and coordinate a range of social care services for children, young people and families.
The post holder will manage their own caseload, undertake single assessments and section 47 investigations, and work with partners across health, education and adult services.
