About The Role
The post will provide first line technical support and training for the Liquid Logic application, answering user queries, dealing with system issues and providing guidance.
You will be part of a larger team and work collaboratively with one other senior Technician coaching & mentoring technicians and junior technicians; monitoring the workload of the team and supporting specific projects and pieces of work.
Responsibilities
- Provide first‑line technical support for the Liquid Logic application.
- Deliver training and guidance to users.
- Coach and mentor technicians and junior technicians.
- Monitor team workload and support project work.
Qualifications and Experience
A good understanding of Social Care and Education and working knowledge of Liquid Logic is essential; along with excellent communication and organisational skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.
The ideal candidate will have experience delivering first‑line support on a service desk in line with ITIL guidelines and experience of an IT ticketing workflow system.
Experience delivering small group systems training and supervisory experience is desirable.
