Bath and North East Somerset Council is seeking an Inclusion and SEND Secondary and Post 16 Advisory Practitioner to support schools and settings in developing inclusive practice and achieving positive outcomes for children and young people with SEND.

You will provide signposting, model support for students, deliver training, observe learners and assist with transitions while collaborating with education, health and social care partners to meet needs across Bath & North East Somerset.
