It's an exciting time to join the Inclusion and SEND Advice Service Team as we begin our second year of working with our education settings. The service offers first line support for B&NES education settings, from early years to FE College, as part of the SEND System of Support. We are seeking a highly motivated person with excellent communication skills. You will provide business support for the Inclusion and SEND Advice Service. You will support the day-to-day administrative activities of the advice service including responding to queries by telephone, email and an online request system alongside administrative duties such as recording and maintaining confidential records.

Responsibilities

  • GCSE level qualification or equivalent
  • Administrative experience
  • Experience of working in children's services or relevant professional environment
  • IT literate with proven ability to use a database and word processing skills
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Organisational skills and a proven ability to work on own initiative
