About the Role
Bath & North East Somerset Council aims to improve people’s lives.
This apprenticeship role is part of the IT Service team, supporting the Council’s digital estate by developing and delivering AI and automation solutions to improve efficiency and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and reduce manual effort.
- Support design, testing, and delivery of automation solutions.
- Assist with process mapping, data preparation and user testing.
- Help develop training materials and support adoption of new tools.
