Bath & North East Somerset Council is seeking a Family Support Practitioner within the Best Start Early Help Team to focus on Early Learning for Twos.
You will work with families, early years providers and partner agencies to identify children not yet accessing the two-year-old entitlement and to remove barriers to participation.
The role involves visiting family homes, Family Hubs and community settings, promoting early education, and signposting to wider Best Start services.
