We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented individual to take on the role of Recruitment Officer.
About the role
As a Recruitment Officer, you will play a crucial role in the recruitment process, ensuring that all requisitions are processed efficiently, and vacancies are advertised both internally and externally. Utilising a wide range of media platforms, including social media, you will promote our opportunities while adhering to equalities policies. Your goal will be to attract top talent to our organisation.
Your expertise will extend beyond administrative tasks. You will have the opportunity to provide advice and coaching to managers, ensuring that our job adverts reflect a positive employer brand message. Your insights and guidance will empower managers to attract top talent and build a cohesive team.
The Council has recently invested in a new Applicant Tracking System and as Recruitment Officer you will have the exciting opportunity to utilise the system to its full potential supporting both the candidates and managers recruitment journey.
As part of our team, you will also assist with various recruitment activities, including supporting and attending recruitment fairs. Your enthusiasm for connecting with potential candidates will shine as you represent our organisation and showcase the exciting opportunities we offer.
The team works hybrid, working from home and the award-winning, modern Civic Centre in Keynsham, halfway between Bath and Bristol, easily accessible via car or public transport, with a train station 5 minutes’ walk away. You’ll be required to work from our lovely KCC office a maximum of 2 days per week.
