Youth Connect South West (YCSW) is seeking a Wellbeing Practitioner to support post-16 learners aged 16-19 (up to 25 with an EHCP) in Bath and North East Somerset. You will provide early intervention, emotional wellbeing support and practical guidance to help young people engage in learning and progression opportunities.
Using a strengths-based, trauma-informed approach, you will deliver one-to-one and group support, collaborate with education staff, and help learners progress toward employment.
