Bath & North East Somerset Council is seeking a compassionate and dynamic Social Work Service Lead to drive improvements across community mental health services, including Early Intervention, Older Adults CMHT and Recovery Team. Based in Bath, you will shape integrated care with governance, HR, budget and performance processes, while supporting professional practice and transformation.
You will work closely with AWP and senior leaders, providing expert supervision, and ensuring statutory duties.
