Youth Connect South West (YCSW) in Bath and North East Somerset seeks a dedicated Key Worker to join our Alternative Education Team. You will provide intensive support to young people aged 16-25 with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), helping them access educational opportunities and plan for adulthood.
