Overview
An enthusiastic member of support staff is required to join a team that supports students both in and out of lessons, primarily working with children with EHCPs.
Responsibilities
- Provide support to students during lessons and outside of lessons.
- Assist with the implementation of individual educational plans (EHCP).
- Support children and staff in a positive, professional, and team‑oriented manner.
- Maintain good organisational and communication skills.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Firm commitment to working with young people and putting children first.
- Good organisational and communication skills.
- Positive, professional attitude and a team player.
- Experience working with children with special educational needs and disabilities (preferred).
- Ready to undertake an enhanced DBS check.
