About the Role: We’re looking for a caring and committed Extra Care Night Support Worker to join our friendly team at Avondown House, a vibrant Extra Care Housing community in Bath. This is a part‑time permanent role (20 hours per week), working night shifts on a rota basis, including alternate weekends and some bank holidays. The role comes with a welcome payment of 5% of your starting salary and enhanced pay for weekend, night, and bank holiday shifts.

What You’ll Do:

  • Assist tenants with personal care (washing, dressing, hygiene)
  • Promote independence, dignity, and choice in everything you do
  • Keep accurate records of care and support provided
  • Support tenants to access NHS and third‑party services
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team and use your initiative when needed
  • Encourage lifestyle choices that help tenants stay in control of their lives

About You:

  • Previous care experience is helpful but not essential – full training will be provided
  • A genuine commitment to delivering high‑quality care is a must
