Cleeve Court Twerton, Bath – a welcoming Care Residential Centre offering a safe and comfortable home for 30-45 older adults with a range of needs, including dementia, physical disabilities, and frailty.
About the Role
As a Bank Senior Nights Care Assistant, you’ll lead a team to deliver exceptional care and support. You’ll help create a positive environment where dignity, respect, and compassion are at the heart of everything we do.

- Previous experience and qualifications in care, plus experience leading a team.
- Empathy, passion, and a commitment to making a real difference.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach.
