At Bath & North East Somerset Council, we have one overriding purpose: to improve people's lives. We are looking for a full-time education coordinator with a proven track record of securing strong outcomes for vulnerable learners to join our successful team.
About You
You will bring a strong knowledge of the barriers and disadvantages faced by children looked after, and a passion for helping them overcome these. You will have substantial experience working in a school or educational setting and understanding of the statutory guidance that informs our work. You will be confident to lead on outcomes for a cohort of vulnerable learners, supporting and challenging other professionals as needed. Experience of working with secondary age pupils is desirable but not essential.
