Personal Care Assistant - Amoah Care Team

Please note this is not a Bath & North East Somerset Council Vacancy.

We are looking for an experienced, local, enthusiastic part-time Personal Care Assistant to support a humorous, intelligent blind man with advanced MS, who loves to chat and still has a verve for life.

Working in Radstock (BA3), the shifts are detailed below and usually extra shifts are available to cover holiday, sickness, etc.

1. Week One: 22 Hrs – Sat 1pm to 9pm & Sun 7am to 9pm
2. Week Two: 16 hrs – Thurs 1pm to 9pm & Fri 1pm to 9pm

Probation period is 3 months at £14 per hr weekday, £16 per hr weekends & Bank Holidays, which will increase after successful probation period to £16 per hr weekday and £18 weekends and Bank Holidays.

Driving licence preferred but not essential.

The post is subject to an enhanced DBS disclosure which will be funded by us.
