Partnership Officer
Bath & North East Somerset Council invites applications for the Part‑Time partnership officer role within the NEET & Young People team, working across Bath and North East Somerset. The position is a Fixed‑Term vacancy with a provisional end date of 31/08/2027, subject to additional external funding.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage partnership relationships with employers, providers and other stakeholders to support young people moving into further education, employment or training.
- Work with a diverse range of partners to develop supportive pathways and monitor outcomes for young people.
- Maintain accurate records of partnership activities and personal workload.
- Engage with partners across Bath and North East Somerset to ensure sustainable collaboration.
Qualifications & Experience
- Previous experience delivering NEET projects or supporting disadvantaged young people.
- Strong relationship‑management and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Proficient ICT skills.
- Awareness of barriers facing young people in Alternative Provision and SEND transition support is an advantage.
- Valid driving licence and willingness to travel throughout Bath and North East Somerset.
