We’re looking for a full time Team Leader who’s all about people. You’ll lead a dedicated team delivering essential services that directly impact our community. Whether it’s helping a resident get the support they need or guiding a colleague through a challenge, your focus will be on creating positive outcomes for everyone.

About You
- Someone with experience of leading or supervising a team.
- A great communicator who can handle tricky situations with empathy and confidence.
- Organised, proactive, and ready to take initiative.
- Knowledge of relevant policies, procedures, and legislation (or willing to learn).
- Someone who genuinely cares about people and wants to improve lives.
Where will you be working?
Your main base will be in Bath, but we’re looking for someone who’s flexible and mobile ready to support our other locations when needed, including the Contact Centre. Being adaptable and comfortable working across different sites is key.
There will be occasions where you will work outside of normal working hours which include Saturdays and evenings.
