Responsibilities
- Oversee the development of grant and statutory tender funding to support and grow Bath Mind’s mental health and wellbeing services across Bath and North East Somerset.
- Secure sustainable income for Bath Mind by researching, developing and writing high‑quality funding applications.
- Working closely with Senior Leadership, Service Managers and relevant colleagues, oversee the practical development and submission of grant, bid and procurement‑based funding applications that support Bath Mind’s mental health services and strategic priorities.
- This is a hands‑on, delivery‑focused role within a clearly defined scope that is designed to be achievable within part‑time hours (15 hours per week).
- For larger or more complex statutory opportunities, bids will be delivered as a team, with strategic oversight and final sign‑off provided by Senior Leadership.
