Bath Mind is looking for a compassionate and empathetic Housing Support Worker to support our Residential Care Home.
To provide high-quality, person-centred support to adults with enduring and complex mental health needs within Bath Mind’s 24-hour residential service. The post holder will promote recovery, independence, wellbeing and social inclusion, enabling residents to achieve their goals and maximise their quality of life in a safe, supportive and empowering environment.
