Role Responsibilities

  • To provide comprehensive administrative and triage support to Bath Mind’s counselling and services, ensuring referrals are processed efficiently and individuals are supported to access the most appropriate service for their needs.
  • The postholder will act as a key point of contact for clients, professionals and counsellors and will contribute to the effective day-to-day running of the service through excellent administration, communication and record keeping.
  • To provide flexible support to the counsellors and counselling lead with the everyday running of the service.
  • To support client allocations and enable the smooth running of the counselling service.
  • To triage community based Riviam and Text service referrals.
