  • Working with employers to create apprenticeship opportunities
  • Sourcing, supporting and placing candidates into roles
  • Managing your own pipeline of vacancies and applicants
  • Promoting opportunities through events, campaigns and outreach
  • Delivering against clear, measurable targets
