Location: Bath College – City Centre Campus
Hours: Full-time, 37 hours per week
We are seeking an enthusiastic individual who is passionate about shaping the future of our learners and inspiring them to succeed in their chosen careers. This role is ideal for someone with experience in uniformed or public services, and who is eager to share their knowledge and expertise. While previous teaching experience is advantageous, it is not essential. What matters most is your industry insight and commitment to supporting learners. Teacher training will be provided for the right candidate. Applicants with a criminology degree and a strong interest in public services are also encouraged to apply.
As part of our vibrant and high‑performing team, you will teach across a range of Public Services courses from Level 1 to Level 3, using our well‑equipped facilities. You will also have the opportunity to strengthen our excellent employer links and contribute to the continued success of our curriculum.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging and inclusive lessons across Public Services programmes.
- Promote and embed English and Maths skills within all teaching and learning activities.
- Contribute to curriculum development and team improvement.
- Support learners in achieving their full potential and progressing to further study or employment.
- Significant industry experience in public or uniformed services or relevant criminology qualification.
