The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 € per year.

Permanent contract, 37 hours per week, 38 weeks per year - term time only. These hours will include evenings and weekends on a rota basis. Salary is full time equivalent. Interview date 9th or 11th of June.

Your key responsibilities:

  • The Salon Manager will oversee all operational aspects of the Hair & Beauty Academy, including client bookings, staffing of commercial sessions, stock control, and maintenance of equipment and resources.
  • Work closely with curriculum staff to ensure the Academy supports high‑quality teaching, learning, assessment, and the delivery of realistic industry practice.
  • Provide line management, supervision, and guidance to technicians, reception staff, and students working within the Academy environment.
  • Lead on health, safety, hygiene, and safeguarding standards within the commercial salons, ensuring full compliance with college policies and industry regulations.

  • Management experience in a busy salon or similar environment.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide others.
  • Exceptional communication, organisation, and IT skills.

  • A Level 3 qualification in Beauty and/or Hair, plus managerial experience, or qualifications.
