We’re looking for individuals with customer service experience to lead in managing our shop in Frome. At Bath Cats and Dogs Home we believe every cat and dog should enjoy a healthy life and a happy home. Our charity shops are an important presence on the high street, raising precious funds to support our mission and connecting us to the communities in which we work.

As Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind your shop's success. You’ll work closely with the Retail Operations Manager to develop and deliver strategies to maximise donations and sales, and to connect customers with the charity and the impact of their support.
You’ll be responsible for managing stock, merchandising and charity messaging. And you’ll motivate your team of staff and volunteers to deliver excellent customer service and meet sales targets.
Hours: 30hrs per week worked over four days to include Saturday and Sunday on a rota basis
