Pet neglect and abandonment is reaching record levels. Bath Cats and Dogs Home is on the frontline every day, fighting for the welfare of the most in-need cats and dogs. It’s a big challenge, and we are looking for an inspiring and experienced manager to lead and coordinate our animal care team.

Alongside two other managers, you will bring together veterinary and the best animal care expertise to ensure the best outcomes for every cat and dog that comes into our care.

Day to day you’ll ensure the highest standards of animal welfare throughout our operations. You’ll manage and inspire your team to achieve beyond their objectives and you’ll support your colleagues to ensure the smooth throughput of animals, from intake to rehoming.
