The Role

As a Chef de Partie, you’ll take ownership of your section, delivering high‑quality dishes with consistency and pride. You’ll work closely with the Sous and Head Chef to ensure smooth service, strong prep standards and a kitchen that runs efficiently even during our busiest shifts. This is a hands‑on role in a fast‑paced environment, perfect for someone who’s ready to step up, take responsibility and develop their skills in a supportive but ambitious kitchen.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take full responsibility for your section during prep and service
  • Deliver dishes to spec, ensuring consistency, quality and presentation
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organisation and food safety
  • Support with daily prep and mise en place
  • Assist with stock rotation, labelling and wastage control
  • Work collaboratively with the wider kitchen team to ensure smooth service
  • Support junior chefs and help maintain a positive kitchen culture
  • Ensure all dishes reflect our focus on fresh, seasonal and beer‑led food
