The Role
As a Chef de Partie, you’ll take ownership of your section, delivering high‑quality dishes with consistency and pride. You’ll work closely with the Sous and Head Chef to ensure smooth service, strong prep standards and a kitchen that runs efficiently even during our busiest shifts. Key Responsibilities
- Take full responsibility for your section during prep and service
