We are seeking an exceptional Partnership and Programme Manager to help take FAB into its next phase of development.
This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and influential leader to work at the heart of one of the region's most important strategic partnerships, turning shared ambitions into tangible projects, investment and impact.
Through strengthening strong relationships across sectors and a "one voice" approach you will ensure that the partnership delivers meaningful outcomes for local communities and businesses. About the roleIn addition to developing strong relationships across sectors, you will identify and secure external funding opportunities, develop business cases and investment propositions, and help transform strategic priorities into successful programmes and projects.
Working closely with the FAB Chair, Board members and partner organisations, you will lead the development and delivery of partnership programmes that support: Economic growthInnovation and investmentSkills developmentPlacemakingInclusive and sustainable prosperity across the area What you'll be doingLeading and supporting delivery of the FAB vision and programme of activityBuilding trusted relationships with senior leaders across partner organisationsIdentifying and securing funding, sponsorship and investment opportunitiesDeveloping compelling business cases and funding bidsTurning ideas and ambitions into deliverable programmes and projectsCoordinating partnership activity and stakeholder engagementSupporting governance, performance monitoring and evaluationActing as an ambassador and spokesperson for FAB alongside partner leadersDeveloping sustainable partnership and income opportunities About youYou'll be a collaborative and entrepreneurial leader who can bring people together around a shared purpose.
You'll have: Significant experience of leading partnerships, programmes or place-based initiativesA successful track record in securing funding, sponsorship or investmentStrong stakeholder management and influencing skillsExperience working across public, private and voluntary sectorsExcellent communication, presentation and report-writing abilitiesStrong programme and project management skillsThe ability to translate strategy into practical delivery and resultsThe credibility to work confidently with senior leaders and board members Knowledge of the local economic and partnership landscape and existing relationships with local stakeholders would be advantageous.
