Overview
As Partnership and Programme Manager you will drive FAB’s next phase by shaping cross-sector collaborations and translating ambitions into funded programmes. You will nurture senior-level relationships, secure funding, and develop business cases to deliver tangible projects that support economic growth, innovation, skills development, and placemaking. You’ll work closely with FAB leadership to turn strategy into deliverable programmes and measure impact for local communities and businesses. This is a high-visibility, impact-focused role with opportunities to influence regional development.
Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of FAB's vision and programme of activity
- Build trusted relationships with senior leaders across partner organisations
- Identify and secure funding, sponsorship and investment opportunities
- Develop compelling business cases and funding bids
- Turn ideas and ambitions into deliverable programmes and projects
- Coordinate partnership activity and stakeholder engagement
- Support governance, performance monitoring and evaluation
- Act as ambassador and spokesperson for FAB alongside partner leaders
- Develop sustainable partnership and income opportunities
Key requirements
- Significant experience of leading partnerships, programmes or place-based initiatives
- Successful track record in securing funding, sponsorship or investment
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Experience working across public, private and voluntary sectors
- Excellent communication, presentation and report-writing abilities
- Strong programme and project management skills
- Ability to translate strategy into practical delivery and results
