We are seeking a talented colleague to join a highly effective team in our successful school near the heritage city of Bath. ECTs are welcome to apply.

The successful applicant will be able to teach English across KS3, 4, and 5. Our large English department currently comprises thirteen full-time and part-time specialist English teachers, some with responsibilities beyond the department. The Head of Department is supported by a Second in Department (KS4) and a KS3 English Coordinator.

The department offers strong career development opportunities, encouraging colleagues to lead and take ownership of curriculum aspects as part of our collegiate ethos. We pride ourselves on our identity as a department and our consistent delivery of very good teaching, reflected in excellent GCSE and A-level results.
